A2: 50% deposit before sample or mass production begins, 50% balance before shipment

A4: Usually around 30-45 working days after down payment

A7: We provide quotation after get all of project drawings from client, after client pay deposit we will start to purchase raw material and
producing procedures, all starting procedures will be started after get confirmation of drawings.

A8: we supply good quality products with competitive price to benefit our customers, we try our best to satisfied with our client's reasonable requirements, we also provide after-sales maintainence service as well
Q9: What port do you delivery the goods?
A9: Main port in China such as Shenzhen, Hong Kong or Shanghai etc.

Remark
Sometimes we have goods in stock for sell but not all the time, usually client needs to place fresh order. Our clients come from different countries such as America, Europe, Canada, Japan, Australia, Africa etc., different country might require different kinds of certificate (UL, CE, ISO etc.), pls. let us know if your country require related certificate before place order
